PakSupar Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and PakSupar ("the Platform," "we," "us"). By accessing the PakSupar website at paksupar.ws, registering an account, making a deposit, participating in any game or promotion, or using any feature of the platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you accept them without reservation.

PakSupar reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of PakSupar after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you must stop using PakSupar and may request account closure by contacting support.

These Terms should be read alongside PakSupar's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of the overall agreement between you and the platform.

2. Eligibility

To register and use PakSupar, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. PakSupar strictly prohibits underage gambling. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately suspended and all balances forfeited pending investigation.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity. PakSupar does not permit corporate registrations or accounts operated on behalf of another individual.
• You must not be subject to any court order, legal restriction or self-exclusion agreement that prohibits you from participating in gambling activities.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or close family member of an employee of PakSupar or its affiliated companies.
• You must provide accurate and verifiable information during registration. Providing false information at any stage is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

PakSupar may request identity verification documents at any point, including CNIC, passport or utility bills. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one PakSupar account only. Operating multiple accounts – whether under the same name, different names or using different payment methods – is a serious breach of these Terms. If duplicate accounts are identified, PakSupar reserves the right to close all associated accounts, cancel pending withdrawals and retain balances proportional to any bonus funds used.

When registering, you must provide a valid mobile number that you personally own and control. This number will be used for account verification, security alerts and communication from PakSupar's support team. Providing a number that belongs to another person is a breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your PakSupar account credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. PakSupar strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication from your account security settings. In the event of unauthorised access to your account, notify PakSupar's support immediately at support@paksupar.ws. The platform cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have not taken reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

PakSupar reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its discretion where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity theft, abuse of promotions, or violation of these Terms.

4. Deposits & Payments

PakSupar processes all deposits and account transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion at any stage of the deposit process. The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits on PakSupar:

• Easypaisa – instant processing, minimum deposit Rs 500
• JazzCash – instant processing, minimum deposit Rs 500
• NayaPay – fast processing, minimum deposit Rs 500
• SadaPay – fast processing, minimum deposit Rs 500
• IBFT Bank Transfer – all major Pakistani banks, same-day processing
• Visa / Mastercard debit cards – PKR debit cards issued by Pakistani banks

All funds deposited to PakSupar must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts or shared payment methods are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation. PakSupar does not accept credit card deposits.

PakSupar does not charge deposit fees. Any fees imposed by your bank or mobile wallet provider are your responsibility and are not refundable by PakSupar. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the payment screen at the time of each transaction and may be adjusted by PakSupar without prior notice.

5. Withdrawals

PakSupar processes withdrawals to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. All withdrawals are denominated in PKR with no deductions or conversion applied by PakSupar. Standard processing times are as follows:

• Easypaisa and JazzCash: 15 to 30 minutes under normal conditions
• NayaPay and SadaPay: typically within 1 hour
• IBFT bank transfer: within the same business day in most cases
• Visa/Mastercard: 1 to 3 business days depending on your bank

Before processing a withdrawal, PakSupar may require identity verification if this has not previously been completed. This is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement and not specific to individual players. Requested documents typically include a copy of your CNIC and a screenshot of the payment account to which withdrawal is requested.

Withdrawals are subject to a minimum amount of Rs 500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts in good standing, though very large withdrawals may be processed in tranches at PakSupar's discretion. Bonus funds that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn; only real-money balances and qualifying bonus wins are eligible for withdrawal.

PakSupar reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where there is reasonable cause to investigate the account for fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or breach of these Terms.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

PakSupar offers a range of promotional bonuses including a welcome deposit bonus, weekly cashback and tournament prize pools. Each promotion is subject to specific terms that are published on the relevant promotion page. The following general conditions apply to all PakSupar bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, device and IP address. PakSupar actively detects bonus abuse and will cancel bonus funds and associated winnings where abuse is identified.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new registrants making their first qualifying deposit only. The bonus is credited automatically once the qualifying deposit clears and the minimum deposit threshold is met.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified on each promotion's terms page.
• Bonus funds cannot be used to place bets on markets or games that are specifically excluded from the applicable promotion. Bets placed on excluded markets using bonus funds will be voided and bonus funds forfeited.
• PakSupar reserves the right to cancel any bonus or promotion at any time where it believes these Terms are being abused or where a technical error has resulted in an incorrect bonus offer being displayed.
• Promotions are valid only during the period stated on the promotion page. Expired bonuses cannot be re-credited under any circumstances.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and game rounds placed on PakSupar are subject to the specific rules of each game or market, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general betting rules apply across all PakSupar products:

• Bets are final once confirmed. PakSupar does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system.
• In the event of a technical fault that prevents a game round from completing normally, PakSupar will void the affected round and return all stakes to player balances. This applies to both RNG and live casino games.
• Sports betting markets may be suspended or amended in response to breaking news, injuries, weather events or other relevant developments. PakSupar reserves the right to suspend or cancel any market at its discretion.
• Aviator and other provably fair crash games use cryptographically verified random number generation. The crash point for each round is determined before bets are placed and is published for player verification after each round. PakSupar cannot alter round outcomes once the betting phase has closed.
• Maximum win limits may apply to certain games or markets. Where a win exceeds the applicable limit, the payout will be capped at the stated maximum. Specific limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface.
• PakSupar reserves the right to void any bet where it has been placed using funds obtained through fraudulent activity or where it identifies clear evidence of match-fixing, collusion or other manipulation of outcomes.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on PakSupar. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended, balances forfeited and the matter referred to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any technological assistance to place bets or interact with games on PakSupar
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or technical errors to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through an identified error will be reversed
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players on PakSupar's live casino tables or poker-format games
• Opening multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses or circumventing account restrictions
• Attempting to launder funds through deposits and withdrawals on PakSupar
• Using payment methods belonging to a third party without their documented consent
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language or threatening behaviour directed at PakSupar staff, live dealers or other players via chat functions
• Attempting to access PakSupar's administrative systems, game servers or databases without authorisation

9. Responsible Gaming

PakSupar is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players on the platform. We believe that gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a source of financial pressure or distress. The following tools are available to all PakSupar account holders at no cost and are accessible directly from account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit to your PakSupar account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Set a maximum continuous session length. PakSupar will display an alert when you reach your chosen time limit.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily pause your PakSupar account for a chosen period between 24 hours and 30 days. During a cool-off, you cannot log in, deposit or place bets. Existing pending withdrawals will still be processed.
• Self-Exclusion: Longer-term account closure of 30, 90 or 180 days or indefinitely. Self-exclusion is activated immediately and cannot be reversed during the elected period. PakSupar will also remove you from all promotional communications during self-exclusion.

10. Privacy & Data

PakSupar collects and processes personal data in connection with the operation of the platform, including registration information, payment details, gaming history and device data. The full details of what data is collected, how it is used, who it may be shared with and how you can exercise your data rights are set out in PakSupar's Privacy Policy.

By registering on PakSupar, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You also acknowledge that PakSupar may be required to share certain data with payment processors, identity verification providers and regulatory bodies in connection with anti-money-laundering compliance and identity verification obligations.

PakSupar uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the platform's servers. Account passwords are stored using one-way hashing and are never visible to PakSupar staff. PakSupar will never ask for your password via email, chat or phone.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the PakSupar platform, including but not limited to the website design, logos, game interfaces, graphics, text, promotional materials, software and databases, is the proprietary property of PakSupar or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use PakSupar solely for personal and non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, publicly display or create derivative works from any PakSupar content without express written permission.

The PakSupar name, logo and associated brand elements are trademarks of the platform. Their use in any context outside of legitimate reference to PakSupar's services is prohibited without written consent.

12. Limitation of Liability

PakSupar provides its platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy or completeness of any information or service on the platform. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PakSupar excludes all liability for:

• Loss of profits, revenue or anticipated savings arising from use of or inability to use PakSupar
• Interruptions to service caused by third-party infrastructure failures, internet outages or force majeure events
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain reasonable security of your credentials
• Any decisions you make based on information published on PakSupar's platform, including odds, statistics or game outcome histories
• Indirect, consequential or punitive damages of any nature

Nothing in these Terms limits PakSupar's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any matter that cannot be excluded by law. PakSupar's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any single claim is limited to the net amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Account Suspension & Closure

PakSupar reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Grounds for account action include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period of request
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or match-fixing
• Behaviour that is abusive, threatening or disruptive to other players or PakSupar staff
• Court order or instruction from a regulatory or law enforcement authority

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, PakSupar will endeavour to complete its investigation within 30 days. If the investigation concludes without evidence of wrongdoing, the account will be reinstated and any withheld balances released. If wrongdoing is confirmed, balances may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach.

Players may voluntarily close their PakSupar account at any time by contacting support at support@paksupar.ws. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned via the player's registered withdrawal method following standard verification checks.

14. Changes to These Terms

PakSupar may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When significant changes are made, we will notify registered players by email to the address on file and display a prominent notice on the PakSupar homepage for a minimum of 14 days following the change.

Minor updates – such as corrections to language, formatting improvements or clarifications that do not affect player rights – may be made without individual notification. In all cases, the most current version of the Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date.

If you disagree with any updated Terms, you have the right to close your account before the updated Terms take effect. Continuing to use PakSupar after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

All disputes between a player and PakSupar will be governed by these Terms. PakSupar will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes fairly and promptly. Where a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, both parties agree to pursue resolution through good-faith mediation before any formal legal proceedings.
